This is for those who’ve already organised their venue, entertainment, decor suppliers etc. You’ve got everything sorted but don’t want to look at your seating chart again and want to enjoy your final month as fiances and your pre-wedding celebrations. (Or you’re like me and pick a wedding date during end-of-year University exams….)

We’ll take over all of your communications with vendors, the venue etc four-six weeks out from the wedding. We’ll coordinate on the day, ensuring your vision is brought to life.

After our initial consultation call:

• We’ll have another meeting at the start of our hand over

• You will have unlimited communication with our team in the month leading up to your wedding

• We’ll have 8+ hours of on-the-day coordination

• We’ll take over all vendor communication and create your wedding day timeline

We can do everything from setting up breakfast in the morning to organise the venue and vendor set up and pack down. We manage the movements of the bridal party, vendors, and move guests to the appropriate spaces. We’ll make sure your special day goes without a hitch.

After our initial consultation call we will:

• Create your wedding day timeline 4 weeks before your wedding

• Determine staff numbers required for the day based on your individual needs

• Take over all vendor contact 1 week before the wedding

• Conduct a site inspection with you so we fully understand your vision
